For the last decade I’ve worked in financial services and fintech. I started my career at HSBC in Hong Kong, did product-led growth for MoneyHero Group (NASDAQ: MNY) after their Series A to improve conversion rates, and then co-founded Planto as a team of 3. I raised a VC pre-seed in a tough market like Hong Kong, and executed on the hard parts of building: landing first customers and first revenue, making early hires, ecosystem partnerships, strategy, team building, the B2B pivot, GTM, and key account management. We grew from zero to profitability and a top fintech brand in the city, selling into some of the world’s biggest financial institutions.
